Wedding Photography Contract Penalities

For the start of the '09 wedding photography season, we're going to drop the clause in the contract that details penalties for cancellation of wedding photography services with Howling Basset. The penalties were on a sliding scale dependent on how close to the actual wedding date the wedding was canceled. Seeing as its never been used and in reality would add insult to injury to charge the full price for wedding photography after something bad had happened ... it's now gone!!
